I use Asana, Slack, Descript, and supporting workflows to turn recurring responsibilities into visible, repeatable systems – mapping timelines, ownership, dependencies and handoffs across projects.

That structure lets me move between a podcast production, an upcoming support group, a weekly email and monthly executive reporting without treating each deliverable as an isolated task.

It also creates room to improve the work. I use performance data, participant feedback and lessons from each cycle to refine processes over time.

Good project management should be almost invisible.
