Media Production
Content Strategy, Storytelling & Audience Growth
I founded and produced the Voices of Compassion podcast, Children’s Health Council’s multimedia platform exploring youth mental health, education, neurodiversity, and parenting through expert and lived-experience conversations.
I own the content pipeline from idea to impact.
My work spans editorial strategy, guest and partnership development, episode planning, recording, production, post-production, publishing, promotion, and performance measurement.
Each conversation becomes a cross-channel content system. I produce long-form audio and video, refine transcripts, develop titles and metadata, write SEO/GEO-informed show notes and web content, publish across podcast platforms and YouTube, and build the email and social campaigns that bring each episode to its audience.
I also introduced Descript early in the platform’s growth to create a more scalable production workflow—streamlining transcription-based editing, post-production, and content repurposing across podcast, YouTube, web, email, and social.
The goal is bigger than producing episodes: turn complex expertise into content that feels useful, accessible, and human—and build a repeatable system that allows one conversation to work across channels.
Performance data informs what comes next. In FY26, podcast downloads grew 15% YoY, with 8 of 12 months exceeding the three-year monthly average, demonstrating sustained audience growth.
